How to Pick the Right Wreath

Placing a wreath on the front door of your house can add so much character to your home. Just with the added touch of a wreath, it can give your home warmth and style. There are so many options to choose from, how does one pick the right wreath for your home? Well, here are some things to consider when trying to choose a wreath.

The first thing to consider is the SIZE of your front entrance. How big is your door? Do you have double doors, if so, perhaps 2 wreaths would look better. Measuring the width of your front door is also a great way to be sure you’re not purchasing a wreath that’s going to be too big and wide or one that is too small and unnoticeable.

The second thing to consider is STYLE. What style would you like to go for? Something classy and elegant? Country, rustic, natural or maybe even a little shabby chic? This is a great way to add your own flare to your home.

Next thing to consider is COLOR. What color is your door and house, try to choose colors that will coordinate and compliment one another. Something that will stand out and blend all at the same time.

Once you’ve figured those out, the last thing to consider is what TYPE of wreath you want. Do you want something fresh and seasonal, or a silk/artificial wreath? Seasonal is always nice for the holidays, especially if you’re wanting to stay on trend.
